By utilising the Ask Ambi service a User is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and entered into a legally binding agreement.
2. Ask Ambi takes confidentiality and privacy very seriously, in the case of publication of an answer to a User's question no names or email addresses will be used or published. Ask Ambi will not disclose a User's email address to any third party and will only retain a copy of a User's email address with the express consent of that User.

4. Ask Ambi reserves the right not to publish any material that it deems immoral, offensive or illegal in anyway.

6. Ask Ambi will pick questions to be answered at its absolute discretion. Ask Ambi cannot enter into personal correspondence with Users or guarantee that a User's question will be answered on the webpage.
7. The concept and all intellectual property rights of Ask Ambi belong to Bambi Productions Ltd. Any unauthorised use will be subject to legal action.

By accessing this site and/or submitting a question to Ask Ambi, a User accepts the terms and conditions as set out above and agrees to be legally bound by the same and accepts that Ask Ambi is not liable in anyway for any loss or damage arising out of misuse of the site and/or Ask Ambi service that is in breach of these terms and conditions.
9. These terms and conditions along form the entire Agreement between the Parties. Should any part of these terms and conditions for any reason be declared invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in force, as though the section declared invalid had been eliminated. In such circumstances the Parties agree that they will execute the remaining sections of the terms and conditions as a fully constituted Agreement.
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. |
